I appreciate the information shared which was informative, concise as well as vividly descriptive. I learned a few new techniques and heard a review of why others are successful. I like the side note during the end q & a time of putting oranges in the freezer to take out and roll around on wrist or neck and shock the system- it’s a great idea that I plan to try. The visuals on the slides were a helpful reference as well. Perhaps lengthening the talk to 45 minutes would allow for for even more depth on the topic and would benefit participants. Thank you!!
