Helaine Sheias

Helaine Sheias is a certified international group facilitator and Kripalu inspired Hatha yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. She has developed an earth-based spiritual approach to health and wellbeing by creating Yingenuity - a tapestry of somatic release, intuitive awakening and the cultivation of radical presence. She holds a doctoral degree in Human Sciences and a Masters in Child Developmental, with a focus on Special Education.
