As a registered nurse and certified health coach, Shelley Myers, RN, CHHC, works with individuals and groups to help them live a healthier lifestyle and prevent or reverse chronic disease. Shelley believes that most individuals, given the appropriate knowledge, tools, and inspiration, can make significant and sustainable improvements in their overall health and wellbeing. She believes in providing individualized guidance and motivation for sustaining positive behavior change so that individuals can ultimately live the best life possible.
