Of course you've heard about yoga, but all those videos you see on YouTube and Instagram are beyond your range of motion and flexibility. Yoga is not just for the young and uber-flexible, it's for everyone, including people who are stiff, tight, tired, and burnt out. Learn some basic technique that will leave you feeling more relaxed, happier, and more tuned in to yourself.
