Class 1: Let us debate about the notion that we are all meant to look, be and feel the same. We want to welcome the idea that we are all meant to be different and it is actually a great gift.
Class 2: As proposed within the west, we explore the different body types used as the basis of contemporary eating plans, however, we consider that what it is still very limited and leaves room for more.
Class 3: As part of embracing a new lifestyle we MUST become more aware of the importance of tailoring our food to the new activities we bring into our everyday life. Eating the right foods and supplements can ensure we can keep up with the changes and avoid any injury, unwanted pain or even chronic fatigue.
