Everyone has a pelvic floor but not everyone knows much about it. In this class you will learn where the pelvic floor is, the muscles of the pelvic floor and how they support and stabilize our core for every day function from walking to peeing to high level activities like jumping and running. You will learn how the pelvic floor is connected to your breathing diaphragm and how better breathing can help with all things pelvic floor.
