Acupressure Reflexology Introduction to the 5 Elements and Meridians

This class offers a foundation for using the locations of the Organs of the Five Elements, the Potent Points and the Meridian points in an Acupressure Reflexology Session.

Students will learn the basic theory of the Creation and Control Cycles and the Associations of the 5 Elements for defining imbalances and using the Reflex Zones and Meridian Tsubo (points) to restore the cycles of flow and create wellness.

The theory is carried on through the certification to develop methods of diagnosis and prognosis for treatment and restoration. This is a prerequisite for meeting the standards for recognition as a Chinese Reflexologist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada through Eastern Arts Holistic Institute.

The Reflexology Atlas by Kolster and Waskowiak
Traditional Chinese Medicine Simplified by Ko Tan

Students may take the theory online and sign up for in person Onsite Instruction of skills with the instructor or take the full program online and successfully complete the exam and case studies to gain the title and certification.
