Beyond 3 Secrets for Handling Your Saboteur. I like the content and the exercises. However, I felt the review of the first session took too much of the lesson time. So, it almost felt like the same lesson rather than a sequel. Good stuff- I was just hoping that the lesson would cover more in depth content of the high level concepts presented in the first session.

The real reason I procrastinate..... Although just scratching the surface on points that I realise are very relevant to my current situation in life - this was a very useful class.
